Inc.'s Code of Ethics
A consulting practice has a
special relationship with the business community and the business community has
the right to demand that practitioners in this field act in a manner which
recognizes their responsibilities toward the clients with which they work, and
to demand that the practitioners are of the highest caliber. Individual
practitioners acting in a professional capacity take on an additional burden of
ethical responsibility when working on the behalf of other organizations. The
standards contained in this document, and MillenniumPlus Consulting’s agreement
to adhere to these standards, is our response to these legitimate demands placed
on our profession. MillenniumPlus Consulting, Inc. hereby accepts this Code of
Ethics as a core value of the enterprise.
Principals, employees, and
third parties acting on behalf of MillenniumPlus Consulting, Inc. shall:

Regard the legitimate rights
of clients and other third parties with all due respect. |

Deal with all clients or
potential clients in a truthful and honest manner and shall provide full
disclosure and accurate information about any goods or services offered.

Have in their business
interactions respect for the basic human rights of all they come into contact
with and avoid any actions that would interfere with such rights. |

Maintain a current level of
understanding and knowledge of the relevant regulations and standards
pertinent to their areas of expertise and make all effort to comply with such
requirements. |

Carry out all work with
impartiality and objectivity in regards to what is in the best interest of the
client. |

Carry out all work with
openness and with full disclosure to the client. |

Endeavor to complete all
work undertaken on time and within budget and shall advise the client as soon
as practicable if any overrun is foreseen. |
 |
Carry out all work with due
care and diligence in accordance with the requirements of the client and
shall, if the client overrules a professional opinion, inform the client of
possible consequences. |

Avoid all potential or
apparent conflicts of interest and, if encountered, discuss immediately with
all parties involved and resolve or obtain written agreements before
continuing with work in this area. |

Respect the privacy of all
corporate entities as well as individuals encountered in the course of
carrying out the business of the company. |
 |
Not disclose or authorize to
be disclosed, or use for personal gain, or to benefit a third party,
confidential information acquired in the course of a client engagement, except
with prior written permission of the client or at the direction of a court of
law. |

Not misrepresent or withhold
information on the capabilities of products, systems or services with which
they are familiar or take advantage of the lack of knowledge or inexperience
of others in a client situation. |

Not purport to exercise
independent judgment on behalf of a client on any product or service in which
they knowingly have any interest, financial or otherwise. |
 |
Resolve all disputes in a
forthright, professional, and timely manner. |
 |
Endeavor to uphold the
reputation of MillenniumPlus Consulting, Inc. and the consulting profession in
all interactions with the business community and any representations of the
company. |
